Pre-order & Deposit Terms

Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order:

⚠️ Deposits are non-refundable.
Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded if you change your mind or decide to cancel the order.

✅ Maker-cancelled releases, stock shortages, or allocation cuts are refunded, less payment processing fees.
If the manufacturer officially cancels the release, or if we're unable to fulfil your order due to stock shortage or allocation cut from our supplier, your deposit will be refunded — minus any card/payment processing fees incurred (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayNow, or credit card transaction fees).

📍 Delays are not grounds for a refund.
A delay in release by the manufacturer does not qualify as a reason to request a deposit refund. Pre-orders inherently involve waiting times set by the brand, not by us.

⚠️ Delivery dates are estimates only.
All release/delivery dates are provided by the brand owner and are subject to change without prior notice. We are not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer.

⏰ Balance payment deadline.
Once your item arrives, we will notify you via WhatsApp using the phone number provided at checkout. The remaining balance must be settled within 10 days of this notification. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. This policy helps us maintain healthy cash flow and continue offering fair pricing and reliable stock for all customers.

📱 Please provide an accurate, active WhatsApp number.
The phone number entered at checkout will be used to notify you when your item arrives. Please ensure it's correct and reachable on WhatsApp — we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or unreachable number.

🔁 Order changes.
Once a deposit is placed, changes to other items, version may not always be possible — please confirm your choice carefully before paying.
